Can I cancel my registration? Will I get my registration fee refunded?

You can cancel your registration by sending an email to  herfstontmoeting@scoutsengidsenvlaanderen.be 

Canceling a participation has consequences. Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen organizes meetings, training sessions, and events throughout the year. Organizing these events requires a significant amount of effort from volunteers and professionals. Think of finding and booking locations, ordering food, putting together a program, and providing materials. Late cancellations disrupt the preparation and the activity itself.

That's why we've listed our agreements regarding canceling your participation :

• If you cancel before 12 noon on August 13th, you will receive your registration fee back, minus a €5 administration fee.
• If you cancel after 12 noon on August 13th, your registration fee will not be refunded. Please note: your ticket is personal and cannot be transferred.
